Though he's fairly certain he won't fall out of the tree, he's a very still sleeper.
His expression doesn't change, but his voice goes quiet and awkward.]
[Oh. Oh, no. Lowering her hands, she feels her previous uncertainty disappear. He just sounds so... uneasy about this friendly concern. Is it really that strange?]
I don't think that's possible. Friends will always worry about each other, you know? [She tilts her head a bit, corners of her lips curving upward. Friends.] But... maybe don't make us worry too much?
[It's probably that that strange to have people caring for him. His sister does a little bit, and he sees his classmates more often these days.
But then she says friends and he blinks. He doesn't think he'd imagine that. They haven't talked that often, but the word brings a warmth to his chest.
It's nice... Especially if she means it. He can't imagine why she'd lie.]
[She blinks at him for a few seconds, unable to tell if that's a joke(!) or a serious promise. He is possibly the most difficult person to read, but she decides to simply keep her smile in place and take what he said at face value. ]
Good! But if you do break something, I know someone who can fix it right up. [A beat passes, and then she sheepishly adds:] I've been trying really hard to find people with healing skills here. Just in case, you know...
[Does she even need to finish that sentence? Nah.]
[He honestly meant it and he's a little relieved when Uraraka doesn't burst out into laughter. He was wondering if there was something off about the way he says things. Midoriya and Iida seem to talk his honesty as a joke sometimes...]

[But he nods right along when she lets that trail off. Midoriya...]
I'm sure he won't mean to break anything. But it's happened so often.
[Exactly. Now it's Ochako's turn to nod, expression turning a bit more serious as she thinks back on the many times Deku has broken... something.]
I know that he's trying to be more careful, but I thought it would still be a good idea to have a few people we can ask for help. Like Maribelle! Have you met her? She says that she can heal almost anything. Okuyasu also told me that someone named Nanjo healed his face, but I haven't seen him yet. I'm looking, though.
[Honestly... The guy can't even step off campus without finding trouble.]
I haven't met any of the people you've mentioned yet. You could probably ask on the computers about him though. Or just generally ask who around here can heal.
... It's probably not going to be like Recovery Girl's.
He is, isn't he? But it's only because he's such a great person. He's always jumping in to help other people. [There's a sudden rush of warmth in her voice, because even though she'd prefer that he stay out of trouble, jumping into the midst of things is a very hero-like thing to do. He's the best!!] We should help him as much as we can, so I'll definitely try to make a post about that guy! Even if he can't heal like Recovery Girl, maybe he can take care of smaller things.

[She knows that Todoroki is close with Deku, of course, but the audible affection in his voice still gives her pause. It's not something she's noticed before? Then again, she's not had many opportunities to talk with him, and they've certainly never hung out together. But if he cares about Deku this much, maybe... maybe she should make a more concerted effort to get to know him?

You and I should team up! If we're both watching over him, then there's no way he can get away with anything. He'll have to take care of himself. [That logic is infallible, really, but then she follows it up by beaming right at him. How can he say no?] And besides, I think that it would just be nice to spend more time with you. [Ochako happily claps her hands together once he says that, smile deepening. She didn't think that he'd say no, but... it's honestly really nice to hear him say that he likes the idea. That's a good sign, right? Even if he does look a little surprised by this whole thing?]
I'm so glad! We should do something fun together soon. But— [She pauses for a moment, trying to temper her excitement just a bit. It would be terrible if she spooked him this quickly.] You probably want to get some sleep, don't you? It is getting late.
[They haven't talked that much! And he's not that used to people saying they want to be his friend... besides Inasa, but they started out on the wrong foot for that to work for him.
Uraraka's kind and upbeat. But she doesn't seem nearly as pushy... or loud as Inasa. Plus she's never attempted to compare him to his father. That's already a huge step up.]
[Flipping this around on her? Wow!! She's instantly prepared to hit him with her typical, "I'm fine! Don't worry about me," speech, except that's... not really something she can do anymore? They're Friends™ now, and that means that she should be honest.]

[There is something so funny about him genuinely offering up a tree, especially when it's said in that serious tone of his. It's a kind gesture, sure, but she still feels a laugh bubbling its way up her throat.]
Th-thank you! [She quickly bites down on the inside of her cheek, trying to keep her face perfectly composed.] I think I'll be okay, but if the furniture gets too loud I know where to come!
