I can't believe him. There's no way he's getting rid of us.

A little. [Hypocrite. It was like, 2 hours.]

Anyway, you can knock some sense into him for me, then. First, though, I want to know how your time in the forest went. What happened?

[He already spoke to Izuku, but it seems Izuku has a tendency to hold back if things hurt him, so!!]

How much is a little?

We were separated from the other groups. I think that happened to everybody. We ended up finding a cult of goat men who were covered in blood. It smelled like death there too.

They tried to throw an ax at us, so I froze them all so they couldn't move. Midoriya went through their stuff. There wasn't a lot there. So we tied up all the goat men and left.

[swordfucker]

You left a bunch of goat men tied up in the forest? A cult, specifically?

[He's pointedly not answering the sleep question, now... He tries so hard to dodge.]

Have you not slept either?

We think it's a cult. They didn't really talk to us.

[swordfucker]

I told you already, I slept.

Because of the blood? And any other signs, I assume. It's good that you weren't hurt, but now I wonder if they'll try to seek you out.

[glaciers]

The blood and the weird symbols they had around.

Has anything from the forest left the forest willingly?

[swordfucker]

I see. And no, not that I've sensed. I think we'd know by now if any of them had, too.

[glaciers]

I think we're probably safe. Unless Midoriya and I run into them again, but that seems unlikely with how the forest moves.

[swordfucker]

Good. It should be fine, but it's good to know what sort of creatures are in that place, just in case. I'll take note of it.

[glaciers]

What did you end up finding?

[swordfucker]

[Oh, right. His part. He'd successfully dodged the sleep question, he thinks, but now there's this.]

Demons. They started as shadows and formed into images of people we cared about. We each had our own demon that could only be harmed by us. They tried to tempt us with promises we wanted to hear.

Since I'm familiar with demons, I caught on and dealt with mine right away. Ryoji was able to defeat his, in the end. Akechi didn't, and gave in to temptation. When he took the demon's hand, he lost his color and his emotions.

[glaciers]

We found a goat cult and you found demons.

[Okay. So the forest is some kind of evil trap. Probably.]

Is that how demons are where you're from? Draining color and emotions from people?

Is there a way to fix that?

[swordfucker]

Not exactly the same. Unrestricted demons that come in contact with a person who can't handle it can make them go mad. They'll go out of control and try to kill anyone around them.

Another thing demons can do is merge with a human host and feed off of their desire. The more a human gives in to their desire, the more the demon gets freedom, and eventually the demon could take over completely, and the human could die.

There's a lot to worry about, and it's not easy to simplify just like that, but basically there are some similarities and some differences. I want to believe Akechi can be saved and returned to normal.

[glaciers]

You know more about demons than I do.

[He just kind of sit there, staring at that message for a moment. Because that's not something he ever thought he would have to type.]

I don't know him, but I want to believe that too. Do you think there's anything we can do for him?

[swordfucker]

I've been dealing with them for a while.

As for what we can do... I'm looking into solutions. I don't have any specific leads yet, but I'm checking on him daily. Pretty sure he'd be annoyed by it if he was capable of feeling. He kept insisting he was fine.

[glaciers]

How old are you?

Yeah but Midoriya says that after he's slept for three hours. Just cause they say that doesn't mean it's true.

You're right about that, though. If you really want to help, give that support of yours to everyone you can. Check on friends, and have friends who are in better shape check on others, too. The more we all support each other, the better.

[glaciers]

You're younger than I thought you were. Aizawa-sensei is older than you.

I'm trying to do that. It's something I'm working on.

But all we've really got is each other here. Best to make it as painless as possible.

[swordfucker]

Just remember that most people over the age of 13 died 8 years ago where I'm from.

[Making him an exception, of course. He doesn't say anything to the rest, because he agrees with it all, and he thinks silence says that just fine.]

You would've been seventeen.

Close. Sixteen, and just barely. That was on Christmas day.

[glaciers]

It's like it gets worse every time I hear more about it.

Haha.

[It'S NOT FUNNY] My age doesn't matter, anyway.
